I'm blessed!

I know I've shared with you before that I have the best clients in the world. (Really I do.) This is a recent email from the bride of a wedding I photographed this summer.

We were so excited to see the wedding album - the pictures look great as always! Thanks for all of your hard work. I am so happy to have such beautiful photographs that I will be able to one day share with my children and grandchildren! I'm sure all of you have probably seen Valerie and Justin. They are featured on the top of my blog and also printed on my business cards. People like this are one of the reasons I love my job so very much. Taking pictures and capturing life is absolutely amazing... but creating a special bond is even better. Thanks to all of my clients out there. I wouldn't be here without you. I am truly blessed! :)

While editing Maria and Nathan's Wedding tonight I ran across a new favorite. It was way too cute not to share.

Carrie and Craig Engaged!

Carrie and Craig both attended and graduated from WV Wesleyan, so it was only natural that we did their engagement session there. We walked around campus and found a beautiful clearing. As you can see, we caught the sun set perfectly! So romantic.

I had a wonderful time with you two, can't wait until the big day!

Cinderella

I am so excited to post this bridal sneak peek, and I am only allowed to share a few. I have three words to describe Carrie's bridal session... horse, carriage, and "real life" Cinderella. Oh and when her fiance asked her to marry him he used a glass slipper. Sweetest thing EVER, right?

The Mr. & Mrs.

Maria and Nathan's big day finally arrived Saturday! I've spent a lot of time with the two of them and was thrilled to be a part of the excitement. I feel like I have the best clients in the world, seriously. I've made so many close friends over the past few months and I feel blessed to say that Maria and Nathan are two of them. They are a very special couple, and have only sunny skies ahead. Thank you for such a fun day!! I had a BLAST! :)

My little girl...

"You've gone and stole my heart and made it your own." Lilly's birthday was June 7, and we finally got a session "scheduled" yesterday evening. Things have been busy at SEP lately! :)

Over time I've started to realize how close together these birthday sessions have become... and how quickly my little girl is turning into a little lady. It's hard to believe you are already 3, how did that happen? Happy Birthday Princess Lilly! Thank you for all the sunshine, smiles, and teaching me what is important in life. I love you more than I ever knew possible.
